Release Date: October 09, 2024

2024 General Election Mail-in Ballots and Early Voting Now Available

 

Vote-by-Mail Ballots for the November 5th General Election are now available.  Applications must be received by Morris County Clerk’s Office by Tuesday, October 29th, in order to vote by mail.

In-person early voting on Vote-by-Mail Ballots is currently available at the County Clerk's Office Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, up until Monday, November 4th, at 3:00 PM. In addition, they will have extended hours on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, October 15th: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Thursday, October 31st: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 2nd: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

2024 General Election Timeline

Deadline to Register to Vote is October 15th.

Deadline to apply for Mail-in Ballot by Mail for General Election is October 29th.

Deadline for Application to Receive General Election Mail-In Ballots by Electronic Means for Qualified Overseas Civilian and Military Voters is November 1st

Deadline for In-Person Mail in Ballot Applications for General Election is November 4th by 3:00 pm.

Deadline for Post Office Receipt of Mail-in Ballots from the General Election is November 5th.
