On or about Wednesday through Friday, September 18-20, 2024 (weather permitting), milling and paving will begin on Phoenix Drive (from Mountain Avenue to Florie Farm Road) and Knollwood Drive (from Dean Road to the end), followed by line striping. The work is expected to involve two (2) days of milling, followed by one (1) day of paving. The anticipated schedule is as follows but may be altered due to weather or field condition delays:
  • Wednesday, September 18 – Milling
  • Thursday, September 19 – Milling
  • Friday, September 20 – Paving

“No Parking” and construction/detour signs will be posted along the roadway at least 24 hours prior to the start of milling and paving. Please move your vehicle(s) off the street by 7:00 A.M. on the dates indicated on the signs. If you will not be using your vehicle(s) during construction, it is not necessary to remove them from your property. However, please keep in mind that there will be no access to drive on the road during paving operations. Access to the street will be limited during milling and fully closed during paving until approximately 5:00 P.M. on the days of construction. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience, and all work will be completed as quickly as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the construction activities and appreciate your cooperation.
