Council President Jim Kelly was initially appointed to the Borough Council to fill the unexpired term of Council Member Serrano Glassner when she was elected Mayor, and is currently serving in his second-elected term of office on the Mendham Borough Council. He is a life-long resident of Mendham Borough and a local business owner.
