Council Member Matthew Bruin was initially appointed to the Borough Council to fill the unexpired Council Member term and is currently serving in his first-elected term of office on the Mendham Borough Council. He is a life-long resident of Mendham Borough and Chair of the Recreation and Parks Committee.
